Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.
Can I get a tour of the facility prior to renting?
Yes we offer tours by appointment only, please call our office at 505-385-0617 and we'll be able to schedule a time and date that works for you.
How far are you from the airport?
We are a 5 min. drive from the Albuquerque International Sunport, less than 3 miles. Many customers store their vehicles with us and will catch a quick Uber from our facility.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we do require a refundable security deposit on all indoor units. The security deposit price reflects the monthly price of the unit.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your storage bill online or over the phone using a debit or credit card as well as ACH. Additionally, you can discuss autopay or prepay options with your office.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required. As well as insurance information for items being stored. " Just a small edit on that
What items am I not allowed to store?
You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.
Can I rent multiple units and outdoor spaces?
Yes, we allow customers to rent a different mix of outdoor storage solutions that works best for them.
Are the amenities free to use?
Yes, our dump station, air station and water bibs are free to use for our customers. Our self-serve car wash conveniently takes all major credit cards.
